In brief  We use information to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services. The categories we handle depend on the features you use, the permissions you grant, and the third-party services enabled for a particular experience. This notice explains the choices available to you.

This Privacy Notice applies to mobile applications, games, and related digital features published by develori (collectively, the “Services”). By using a Service, you acknowledge the practices described here to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Safety and integrity. Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, security incidents, unauthorized access, and other activity that could harm users or the Services.

Advertising and promotion. Deliver, measure, and improve advertising or promotional content where permitted by law and the settings available to you.

Legal and compliance. Meet legal obligations, enforce applicable terms, resolve disputes, and protect our rights, users, and the public.

4. When information may be shared

Independent providers control their own privacy practices. Review their notices and the controls offered by your device or platform for information about available choices. We do not represent that every third-party service follows the same practices as develori.

6. Your permissions and choices

You can manage certain permissions—such as notifications, storage, location, or other device access—through your device settings. You can also reset or limit an advertising identifier through the controls provided by your device or platform. Some features may not work fully when a permission is declined.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time using the available in-app, device, or platform control, or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it was withdrawn. You may also contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where those rights apply.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including providing the Services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, meeting legal obligations, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, why it was collected, applicable requirements, and whether it is needed for a legitimate operational purpose.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it, aggregate it, or anonymize it where appropriate. Backup copies may remain for a limited period while they are securely rotated or overwritten.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

9. International processing

10. Children's privacy

The Services are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental consent is required by law. If you believe a child has provided information without the required consent, contact us. We will review the request and take appropriate action under applicable law.
